- Firstly, tiny seeds is put onto a tray thats covered by a recycled cloth woven
- They use aeroponics to mist the roots with nutrients, water and oxygen. This system is less 95% water in comparison to field farming and 40% to hydroponics.
- They use LED lights system to mimic the sunlight, exactly the spectrum, intensity and frequency that each greens need. This lighting help them to control size, texture, color, flavor and nutrition of the greens.
